Shipping info

By default, we ship using Canada Post's Expedited service. This ensures that your package usually arrives two business days after departing our store. Out of province and busy times of the year can result in longer wait times but tracking info is provided so that you can monitor the progress of your package.


Prints 16x20 or smaller in size are shipped in flat mailers. Larger prints are carefully rolled in tubes or shipped in makeshift cardboard carriers.


Canvas, metal, and other gifts are shipped in boxes.

  • Q: How will I know my order is ready?

    A: Customers who submit orders online will receive email notification when the order is complete. (Make sure to check your junk/spam folder.) Customers who visit the store in person receive a completion date and can visit on that day (or shortly afterwards) for pickup.

  • Q: Do you take infant passport photos?

    A: Yes, we take passport photos for people of any age. Infants need to be awake with eyes open for their passport photo. 

  • Q: Do you develop film?

    A: While we can scan and print negatives and slides from developed rolls of film, we are unable to develop film.

  • Q: Can I cancel my order?

    A: So long as the order isn't complete, you can certainly cancel. You will receive a refund for the amount you initially paid (minus a 2.90% Paypal Merchant fee)
